Quality Control
Quality control for custom CNC metal parts starts before machining. Sendot Technology combines drawing review, in-process inspection and final verification to help parts meet functional and appearance requirements.
Before Machining
- Confirm drawings, revision numbers, material grade and finish requirements.
- Identify critical dimensions, threads, sealing surfaces and assembly interfaces.
- Review tolerance risk and fixture strategy before production starts.
During Production
- Inspect first articles before continuing with batch machining.
- Monitor critical dimensions during machining, not only at final inspection.
- Keep machining parameters stable for repeatability across small-batch and production runs.
Final Inspection and Packing
- Check critical dimensions, surface finish, threads, holes and cosmetic surfaces.
- Confirm the correct quantity, part marking, packaging and documentation.
- Protect finished parts from scratches, oxidation and handling damage during shipment.
For projects with tighter tolerances or assembly-critical features, Sendot can discuss inspection points before quoting so quality requirements are clear from the beginning.
