Inspection and Quality Control Procedures in Our CNC Machine Shop
Our quality process runs through the whole project lifecycle, from RFQs to production shipment.
Quality assurance begins with two independent reviews of the purchase order to identify any conflicts in dimensions, materials, quantities or delivery dates.
Experienced personnel then review the setup and production plan, and create operation-specific inspection reports for each required step.
All special quality requirements and instructions are documented, and inspection intervals are assigned based on tolerances, quantities and part complexity.
We minimize risk by tracking and analyzing every manufacturing step, reducing part-to-part variation and ensuring consistent quality every time.
